1. Understand Need of Special Children;
2. Desing course curriculum to train Special Children;
3. Monitor and Evaluate the training to Special Children;
4. Teach life skills and inclusive vocational programme;
5. Monitor health and hygiene condition of MR special children;
6. Coordination with Parents and Location head regarding reporting of Children / Staff, etc.
7 . He / She will have a responsibility to monitor during Breakfast lunch and Dinner;
8. He / She will be responsible to attend parents / Visitors / NGO & Corporates, etc.
9. He / She will be responsible for keep complete peace, harmony and discipline in the campus.
10. He / She will be responsible for keeping records of the moveable / Immovable assets and the donation in-kind which would be received.
11. He / She will be responsible for any work whenever assigned to them by ADHAR Management.
12. He / She will be responsible to the overall growth and smooth functioning of ADHAR.
