We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Educator with a strong background in psychology and special education to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with diverse learning needs, fostering an inclusive learning environment, and collaborating with parents, teachers, and therapists to support student development.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement specialized educational programs tailored to the needs of students with disabilities Conduct assessments to evaluate students' learning abilities, social-emotional development, and behavioral needs Develop and execute individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with parents, teachers, and allied professionals Utilize evidence-based teaching strategies to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes Provide one-on-one and group support to students to improve their academic and social skills Work closely with general education teachers to promote inclusive classroom practices Maintain accurate documentation of student progress, interventions, and outcomes Offer guidance and counseling to students to address behavioral and emotional challenges Conduct workshops and training sessions for teachers and parents on special education strategies Stay updated with the latest developments in special education and psychological practices

Qualifications and Skills:

Graduate or postgraduate degree in psychology Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) in Special Education Prior experience working with children with special needs is preferred Strong understanding of various disabilities, learning disorders, and behavioral challenges Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Patience, empathy, and adaptability in handling diverse student needs Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams

Pay: Up to ?37,000.00 per month
