Job Title : Special Educator

Job Summary : The Special Educator is responsible for providing individualized and group instruction to students with special needs, ensuring they receive a quality education tailored to their unique learning requirements. The role involves collaborating with other educators, parents, and specialists to develop and implement effective teaching strategies, monitor student progress, and promote an inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students with disabilities.
• Assess students' learning and behavioral needs to design appropriate teaching strategies.
• Deliver lessons using adaptive methods, resources, and technologies.
• Provide emotional, social, and behavioral support to students.
• Collaborate with general education teachers and other professionals to support student learning.
• Track student progress and adjust teaching techniques as necessary.
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress.
• Participate in professional development activities and maintain certifications.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field (Master's preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience of working in a school.
• Relevant certifications or licensure in Special Education.
• Strong knowledge of various learning disabilities and teaching strategies.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
