Special Educator
Job Description
: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the strengths and challenges of children with special needs. Develop and implement personalized learning plans tailored to individual needs based on assessments. Deliver engaging and effective instruction across various subjects and develop concepts. Collaborate with medical and rehabilitation professionals, school teachers, and families. Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed. Foster a positive and supportive learning environment. Document the assessments and therapy plans in the hospital information system. Furnish a detailed report to the parents.
