Special Educator
Job Description
• Create and deliver engaging and differentiated instruction tailored to meet the individual learning styles and abilities of each student.
• Utilize a variety of evidence-based teaching strategies and interventions to address specific learning challenges.
• Provide ongoing assessments and progress monitoring to measure student growth and adjust instruction accordingly.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that celebrates individual strengths and promotes social-emotional development.
• Collaborate with parents, guardians, and other professionals to ensure a cohesive support system for each student.
• Maintain accurate and detailed student records and progress reports.
• Stay up-to-date on current research and best practices in special education.
• Experience working with specific learning disabilities (e.g., Autism Spectrum Disorder, Learning Disabilities, ADHD)
• Proficient in assistive technology tools for students with special needs
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
