Special Educator
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess students' learning needs and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers, parents, and specialists.
• Design and implement tailored instructional strategies and interventions to support students with various disabilities.
• Monitor and evaluate student progress, adapting teaching methods as necessary.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers to provide support and resources for students with special needs.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters learning and growth for all students.
• Provide guidance and support to parents regarding their child's educational needs and progress.
• Stay updated on best practices in special education and relevant legislation.
• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and training sessions.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or a related field.
• Certification in Special Education (as required by local regulations).
• Proven experience working with students with disabilities and special needs.
• Strong knowledge of various disabilities and effective teaching strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?45,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
