Develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs): Create, review, and update IEPs tailored to each student\'s unique needs and goals, ensuring compliance with legal and educational standards.
Instructional Delivery: Provide direct, specialized instruction in various settings, including one-on-one, small groups, and inclusive classroom environments.
Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to determine students\' strengths, weaknesses, and progress, using formal and informal assessment tools.
Behavior Management: Implement and monitor behavior management plans, using positive reinforcement and other techniques to support students\' social and emotional development.
Curriculum Adaptation: Modify and differentiate curriculum materials and teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
