Special Educator
Job Description
Experience : 2-3 years
Qualification : Master's degree
• Must be capable of collaborating with schools.
• Responsible for conducting counseling sessions.
• Responsible for organizing and leading workshops.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess students' abilities and design effective teaching plans.
• Adapt learning materials to accommodate students' unique needs.
• Monitor and track students' progress, updating IEPs as necessary.
• Address behavioral challenges through appropriate interventions.
• Engage students in stimulating activities like art, music, or drama.
• Manage classroom dynamics, resolve conflicts, and ensure a positive learning environment.
• Prepare students for a successful transition to the next grade level.
