Special Educator
Job Description
As a Special Educator at Alokay Clinic specializing in pediatric cases such as Autism, ADHD, DMD, cerebral palsy, your role involves designing and implementing tailored educational plans for children with diverse needs. You will assess each child's strengths and challenges, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to create individualized learning strategies. Employing evidence-based practices, you'll support children in developing academic, social, and life skills. Facilitating communication with parents and caregivers, your role includes providing guidance on effective techniques for fostering positive behaviors and managing challenges associated with developmental disorders. Staying abreast of the latest research and interventions, you'll contribute to the clinic's commitment to delivering comprehensive, compassionate care.
