Qualification:- Certified Special Educator specifically B.A (SE)

of Special Educator

• To develop and use appropriate and innovative necessary TLM for students and to keep the TLM in their proper class
• Routine follow-up with the parents/guardians on the child's progress
• Uses standardised tools, checklists, e-saadhya tools, makes home visits, for assessing students profile and abilities
• Prepares detailed short and long-term Goals for students together with parents for their priorities
• Prepares Individualised Education Plans(IEP) for students with parents, therapists, seniors
• Organises project based activities with children
• Behaviour modification and handling of adolescence issues
• Builds rapport and engages with parents - dairies/PIP/meetings
• Participates actively and meaningfully in all CIVE events - cultural functions, sports, art, yoga, therapy
• Shows interest and eagerness in training and learning programs
• Updates and maintains files of all students with digitized IEPs and Goal Plans
• Tracks students' progress with Task Analysis records
• Writes reports - term end assessments/ articles/ blogs
• Assesses and tracks student's performance and progress , goal achievement (monthly)
• Prepares 6 monthly end of term reports and discusses with parents
• Applies organisation's values of equality, accountability, sensitivity and commitment while working with children
• Respects dignity of children in handling and managing children in classrooms and during all activities
• Complies with rules and regulations - punctuality, leave rules, workplace policies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?14,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
