Role Responsibilities:
• Product Expertise: Gain in-depth understanding of MyPeegu's processes and services.
• Classroom Support: Assist with classroom observations to gather insights on student interactions and needs.
• Teacher Support: Participate in discussions with teachers regarding student-related issues to provide support and solutions.
• Activity Design: Develop group and individual activities tailored to address specific challenges faced by children.
• Direct Engagement: Conduct individual and group activities with targeted students under supervision.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed logs of activities and processes, and prepare regular reports of completed work.
• Workshop Development: Collaborate in creating workshops for teachers, parents, and children, guided by team experts.
• Assessment Training: Learn and apply psychological assessments on designated students and teachers.
• Consultation: Work alongside facilitators and staff to address needs related to students, teachers, parents, and school administration.
• Professional Development: Attend weekly training and supervision sessions for continuous growth.
• Content Creation: Write articles, blogs, or presentations on relevant topics to support the organization's mission.
• Social Media Innovation: Contribute creative ideas to strengthen MyPeegu's online presence.
