The Special Educator will be responsible for providing personalized care and education for children with special needs, focusing on their individual strengths, challenges, and personal goals. The Special Educator will collaborate closely with parents, caregivers, and a team of speech therapists, occupational therapists, and special education professionals to develop strategies that ensure remarkable progress and achievement. Qualifications Experience in working with individuals with disabilities and special needs Strong teaching skills, particularly in a primary school setting Knowledge of special education principles and practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to create individualized educational program Strong problem-solving and organizational skills Relevant certifications in special education or related fields
