About the Role

• Automation Development:

• Design, develop, and implement automation solutions for various business processes.

• Create and maintain automation frameworks, scripts, and tools.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for automation and process improvement.

• Software Development:

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.

• Collaborate with software developers to integrate automation solutions into existing systems.

• Ensure seamless communication between automated processes and other software components.

• Testing and Quality Assurance:

• Conduct thorough testing of automation software to identify and resolve any issues.

• Perform unit, functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.

• Document test results and compile metrics.

• Process Optimization:

• Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for automation.

• Propose innovative solutions to enhance productivity and reduce manual effort.

• Continuously monitor and improve automated systems.

• Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, and business analysts.

• Communicate effectively to express ideas, report bugs, and provide solutions.
