Your future starts now.This role is responsible for providing exceptional client service by ensuring timely and accurate service to Individual Customer Insurance clients. This includes handling inquiries over email and escalating appropriately when required.

  • verifying proper authorizations received
  • interpreting policy provisions, tax regulations, existing guidelines, and system processes in order to process transactions
  • doing or verifying calculations
  • making system updates
  • issuing of cheques and related accounting entries
  • confirmation of policy revisions
  • participate in cross-training efforts, administrative routines and otherwise support leadership in the effective operations of the team.
  • administering in force transaction for Individual Customer insurance policies following defined procedures, including:
o a wide variety of financial and non-financial changes
o covering decades of historical policy seriesRequired Capabilities:
  • Required relevant experience 1-2 Years.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, organized and thrives while handling competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven flexibility, and ability to learn and grasp new concepts
  • Demonstrated proficiency working with various computer applications
EDUCATION: Graduation - Full timeSpecialized Knowledge/Experience:
  • Insurance industry related courses an asset
  • Some understanding of insurance and/or financial services as well as customer service experience
  • Computer savvy - Office365 proficient
  • Knowledge of insurance products would be an asset
