For Heads of Finance /CFO/VP-Finance for Group and GM/AGM levels for separate profit centers

SPARTEK group (www.spartek.in) is a diversified group of businesses based at Chennai in building materials and construction related products on all India basis with reputed brands SPARTEK, NEYCER, SPARTEKONCRETE and also involved in sports. The group has different businesses with their main offices in Chennai and Hyderabad. The group recently introduced innovative new products to construction sector and several of them will develop into independent profit centers.

HyderabadFC (www.hyderabadfc.co.in) is a reputed and leading professional Football club under India super league (ISL) with operations from Hyderabad city in Telangana India. The team were the winners of the Championship Cup in 2021-22 league of ISL within 3 years of formation and were No 2 in league in 2022-23 editions of the league. The club in a short span of time has become a force to reckon with in this field with its outstanding performance and strategic Management.

The group needs professionals with outstanding career records with leadership ability and initiative to head the finance function to be part of the senior management to achieve revenue growth in all areas of business of the club, and spearhead value enhancement of the brands and for the shareholders.

Head of Finance (CFO/Vice President) for the Group :

- Candidates should have senior level financial management experience in handling all areas of finance, Investment banking, equity fund raising, legal & compliances, commercial matters, agreements, legal, taxation dealing with financial markets/services, Statutory bodies at senior management level or headed the functions of preferably with multinationals or reputed Indian Corporates.

- Candidates Should have been at or dealt with Board/CEO/CXO levels. Apart from outstanding professional skills, good social & professional networking is desirable.

GM/AGM (Finance) for different profit centers:

- Candidates should have more than 12-15 years\' experience in handling finance, accounts, costing, working capital and terms loan management, banking, annual audits, compliances, taxation and ERP systems who can independently handle all related to a business. Costing experience is an added advantage.

- The positions will be based at Chennai. HyderabadFC position will be based at Hyderabad.

- Compensation will be attractive and commensurate with the experience and role played in building the group.
