• Assist and coordinate with team members of spares department
• Greeting customers and identify customer needs
• Providing customers with information about parts
• Identify the right parts for customers and technicians
• Providing accurate price quotation and others parts - related information
• In case of non-availability of an item ensure the input of loss of sales in Auto - IT software
• Check paperwork, ensure the invoice has been issued
• Prepare and generate invoice for the parts issued
