Position Title : Spare Parts Picker

Location: Bhubaneswar

Department : Warehouse/Logistics

Reports To : Warehouse Supervisor/Logistics Manager

Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Spare Parts Picker with 3-4 years of experience to efficiently manage and pick spare parts for orders. The ideal candidate will ensure that parts are accurately selected, stored, and dispatched promptly, supporting the overall operational efficiency of the warehouse.

Role & Responsibilities

Spare Parts Picking : Accurately pick spare parts according to order specifications, ensuring the correct quantity, quality, and type are selected.

Inventory Management : Maintain an organized and efficient storage system, monitor inventory levels, and assist with restocking as needed.

Quality Control : Inspect spare parts for damage or defects before packing, ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Order Preparation : Securely pack and label picked parts for shipment, ensuring all orders are complete and properly documented.

Safety and Compliance : Adhere to safety protocols while operating warehouse equipment, ensuring a clean and orderly workspace.

Team Collaboration : Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, and assist with additional warehouse duties as required.

Skills & Qualification

Education : High school diploma or equivalent.

• Experience : 3-4 years of experience in a similar role within a warehouse or logistics environment.
• You must have your own vehicle.

Skills :

• You should be proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS).
• You should be familiar with spare parts management and inventory control practices.
• You should have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
• You should have strong physical stamina for lifting and carrying spare parts.
• You should demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
• You should be capable of operating warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts), if required.
• You should possess strong organizational and time-management skills.
• You should have excellent problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• You should have effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and supervisors.
• You should be able to perform efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
