The Spare Parts Executive will be responsible for assisting in the management, distribution, and organization of spare parts inventory. You will be ensure that parts are ordered, received, stored, and distributed efficiently to support the smooth operation of our service department. Your ability to manage inventory, maintain relation with suppliers and coordinate with the workshop team will be crucial to provide top-tier service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the receipt, storage, and issuance of spare parts.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and transactions.
• Help in organizing and maintaining the spare parts warehouse to ensure efficiency.
• Identify parts requirement based on ongoing and future service demands. Prepare and place orders with suppliers, ensuring all parts are accurately sourced.
• Support the spare parts team in fulfilling customer orders promptly and accurately.
• Assist with stocktaking and cycle counts.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in training and development activities as required.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or vocational training is a plus.
• Proven experience as Spare Parts Executive or in similar role within the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of automotive spare parts, accessories, and their function
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy items as required.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Previous experience in inventory management or a related field is an advantage but not required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
