• Provide technical guidance to customers regarding the suitability of parts, based on the vehicle make and model.
• Handle customer complaints or issues regarding faulty or incorrect parts, and offer solutions like returns or exchanges.

3. Sales and Order Processing:

• Process spare parts orders from customers, service departments, and workshops in a timely manner.
• Generate and maintain sales reports, keeping track of daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
• Cross-sell and upsell relevant spare parts or accessories to customers based on their needs.

4. Coordination with Service and Workshop Departments:

• Coordinate with the service department to ensure the timely availability of parts needed for vehicle repairs and servicing.
• Stay updated with the latest spare parts required for various models and their compatibility with different versions of Maruti Suzuki vehicles.
• Track parts used in repair jobs and update the records for invoicing and inventory management.

5. Order Fulfillment and Vendor Liaison:

• Communicate with Maruti Suzuki's central parts distribution network or suppliers to ensure the availability of high-demand spare parts.
• Negotiate with suppliers for the best prices, delivery times, and quality of spare parts to keep costs in line with the dealership's budget.
• Ensure timely deliveries of parts to maintain the service operations without interruptions.

6. Documentation and Record Keeping:

• Maintain accurate records of spare parts transactions, including sales, purchases, and stock movement.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports on stock levels, sales, and order fulfillment.
• Ensure all invoices, receipts, and purchase orders are properly documented and filed for future reference and accounting.

7. Market Research and Product Knowledge:

• Stay updated on new spare parts releases, product updates, and technical specifications from Maruti Suzuki.
• Research market trends to anticipate demand and ensure that high-demand or seasonal spare parts are stocked appropriately.

• Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of automotive parts, particularly Maruti Suzuki vehicles, is crucial.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage a large inventory and ensure parts are easily accessible and accounted for.
