JOB DESCRIPTION
• To handle reservations for international flights, use GDS platforms such as Worldspan, Galileo, and Amadeus.
• Flight cancellations and changes, processing of refunds, price adjustments, and making new reservations
• Able to answer internet and airline calls.
• Describe the requirements, itineraries, and travel destinations in detail.
Prerequisite Traits for the Job
• 1-3 years of experience in Travel Domain
• Any UG/PG
