We urgently seek a passionate and experienced Spanish Language Trainer to join our team. The perfect applicant will possess a solid foundation in teaching Spanish from B1 to C2 levels and a commitment to helping students master the language effectively. This role involves delivering interactive lessons, assessing student progress, and adapting teaching methods to cater to individual learning styles. Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging and interactive Spanish language classes for students ranging from B1 to C2 levels.
• Create instructional strategies and educational resources corresponding to the curriculum and catering to individual learning needs.
• Assess and monitor student progress through regular tests, assignments, and feedback sessions.
• Provide personalized support and guidance to students to enhance their learning experience.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and language practice.
• Keep abreast of the newest instructional approaches and integrate innovative techniques to improve learning outcomes.
• Collaborate with other language trainers and staff to enhance the overall learning experience for students.
• Ensure precise documentation of student presence, achievements, and feedback.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Spanish (native or near-native level).
• A bachelor's degree in Spanish, Linguistics, Education, or a pertinent discipline.
• Achieving a qualification in instructing non-native Spanish speakers. (e.g., DELE, SIELE) is preferred.
• Prior experience in teaching Spanish, specifically at B1 to C2 levels.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills include the capability to foster a conducive atmosphere for learning and adapt to various teaching styles.
• Enthusiasm for teaching and a passion for language education.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
