TRAINING RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Delivering technical and non-technical training to new and existing employees in

2. trainings and one-on-one settings (Manicure/Pedicure/Nail Enhancement/ Massages

3. Etc)

4. Ensuring trainers (internal and external) are trained and updated with product and

5. treatment knowledge and adhering to set standards and polices in order to deliver.

7. Researching, reviewing training manual, reviewing, preparing lesson plans, and

8. selecting appropriate training aids.

9. Maintaining Professionalism within the team at all times

10. Responsibilities will include delivering training and coaching therapist, assessing the

11. therapist understanding and mastery of training, and providing management with

12. feedback and suggestions for additional training requirements

13. Analyse course evaluations in order to judge effectiveness of training sessions and

14. develop recommendations for improvement.

15. Reviewing and providing input to trainers regarding curriculum, course content and/or

16. training tools; modifying or adapting training materials and tools; and coordinating.

18. Create and update SOP's and SOPT's

19. Create and update therapist training manual.

20. Create new suggestions for treatments and therapies.

21. Document procedures for treatments adopted.

22. Monitor and report on spa and technician performance.

23. Doing Needs analysis to identify weaknesses/areas of development in

24. therapists/technicians and conduct appropriate trainings.

25. Would also be a part of the recruitment process for the therapists.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?43,000.00 per month
