Spa Therapist

• Your Key Responsibilities:

1. Spa Treatments: Perform a variety of spa treatments with proficiency, including massages, body scrubs, facials, and wraps, using appropriate techniques and products to meet the individual needs and preferences of guests.

2. Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations with guests to assess their health history, preferences, and any specific concerns or contraindications, ensuring personalized and safe treatment recommendations.

3. Guest Experience: Provide exceptional customer service to spa guests, creating a welcoming and serene environment, addressing any questions or concerns, and ensuring a memorable and relaxing spa experience.

4. Cleanliness and Hygiene: Maintain impeccable cleanliness and hygiene standards in treatment rooms, adhering to strict sanitation protocols for equipment, linens, and amenities to ensure the health and safety of guests.

5. Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with other spa therapists and associates, supporting each other to deliver seamless and cohesive spa experiences and ensure the smooth operation of the spa

Experience & Education Required:

1. Certification in spa therapy, massage therapy, or a related field from a reputable institution.

2. Previous experience of 2-3 years in a similar role with a 5-star hotel such as Oberoi, Taj, ITC, Marriott, Hyatt, Hilton, Postcard or luxury spa and wellness Centre with proficiency in a variety of spa treatments and massage modalities.

3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating positive guest experiences.

4. Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and common spa therapy contraindications, with the ability to assess guest needs and customize treatments accordingly.

5. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and professionalism.
