Job Title: SPA Therapist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate SPA Therapist to join our team and provide exceptional spa treatments to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of various therapy techniques, excellent interpersonal skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of spa treatments, including but not limited to massages, facials, body scrubs, wraps, and other therapeutic and wellness services.
• Consult with clients to understand their specific needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Maintain a high level of hygiene and ensure the spa environment is clean, serene, and welcoming always.
• Follow all safety and sanitation protocols to ensure client and staff safety.
• Keep up to date with spa trends, new techniques, and products to provide innovative services to clients.
• Ensure proper care and usage of spa equipment and products.
• Promote spa services and upsell packages or retail products when appropriate.
• Handle client inquiries, provide excellent customer service, and build strong client relationships to encourage repeat visits.
• Assist in maintaining inventory of spa supplies and products.
• Attend training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Certification or diploma in Spa Therapy, Massage Therapy, or related field.
• Minimum 3 of experience in a similar role (experience with luxury spas is an advantage).
• Proficiency in a range of massage techniques and spa treatments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanour in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of wellness trends and products is a plus.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
