: We are looking for a skilled Spa Therapist to join our team. As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for providing various spa treatments and services to our clients, ensuring a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. Your role will involve consulting clients on their skin and body care needs, recommending treatments, and delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

• Perform spa treatments including massages, facials, body wraps, and scrubs according to spa protocols.
• Consult with clients to assess their needs, preferences, and any medical conditions that may affect treatment outcomes.
• Recommend and provide guidance on skincare and wellness products.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in treatment rooms and ensure equipment is in good working condition.
• Uphold the highest standards of customer service and professionalism.
• Educate clients on the benefits of spa therapies and promote spa services and retail products.
• Keep accurate records of client histories and treatment details.
• Adhere to spa policies and protocols.
• Collaborate with other spa team members to create a harmonious and relaxing atmosphere for clients.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Spa Therapist or similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of various massage techniques, skincare, and body treatments.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work well within a team.
• Certification or license in massage therapy or aesthetics (where applicable).
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in spa therapies is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
