Job Responsibilities:

Provide a wide range of spa treatments including massages, facials, body scrubs, and other wellness services in accordance with established protocols and standards.

Assist clients with selecting services that best suit their needs.

Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of spa rooms, equipment, and common areas.

Create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere for clients to ensure their comfort and satisfaction.

Maintain accurate records of client sessions, treatments, and preferences.

Attend ongoing training and development sessions to enhance skills and service offerings.

Uphold the spa's policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Requirements:

Freshers are welcome; prior training or certification not required.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Passionate about health, wellness, and customer satisfaction.

Ability to work in a team and provide excellent customer service.

Basic understanding of hygiene and sanitation.
