Spa Therapist
Job Description
to provide a variety of spa services in a safe, sanitary, and comfortable environment. Their responsibilities include:
• Providing services : Offering a range of spa services
• Client care : Asking clients about their preferences, medical concerns, and allergies, and explaining the steps of each therapy
• Record keeping : Maintaining accurate records of services performed and client files, and noting any important reminders for future services
• Equipment maintenance : Cleaning and sanitizing equipment between uses, and updating inventory when supplies are removed
• Customer service : Answering client questions, handling complaints, and reporting injuries or illnesses to management
• Upselling : Recommending additional products and services that may benefit the client
• Hygiene : Upholding hygiene standards and following health and safety regulations
• Communication : Cooperating with administration on any arising issue
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ?20,000.00 per month
