Position Overview :
The Spa Receptionist is the first point of contact for guests at the spa and plays a crucial role in creating a welcoming and relaxing environment. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, manage appointments, handle administrative duties, and ensure the smooth operation of the spa's front desk.
Qualification -
Bachelor's degree with any stream.
1-2 yr experience as a receptionist, front desk staff, or in a customer service role.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel & Spa Management Software.
Salary - Upto 18k
Key Responsibilities:-
1. Appointment Scheduling :-
Manage bookings for spa treatments and services, ensuring accurate scheduling.
Confirm appointments and handle cancellations or rescheduling requests.
2. Guest Services:
Greet clients warmly and professionally as they arrive.
Answer inquiries about spa services, treatments, and facilities.
Guide guests through the spa experience, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
3. Communication:
Answer phone calls and respond promptly to emails or messages.
Relay special instructions or requests to therapists and other spa staff.
4. Product Sales:
Promote and sell spa services, beauty treatments, packages, gift vouchers etc.
Stay informed about the benefits and features of products to assist clients effectively.
5. Administrative Duties:
Maintain an organized reception area and ensure all materials (brochures, forms etc.) are readily available.
Handle daily business transaction, Petty Cash, Process payments, issue receipts, and manage cash or card transactions.
Record and maintain accurate client information in the spa's system.
