Location: All Rajasthan, Candidate from south India, northeast preferred.

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Spa Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the spa, including managing staff, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of spa operations, including staff management, scheduling, and training
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness
• Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure proper stock levels for spa products
• Monitor and maintain quality of service standards
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
• Prepare regular reports on spa performance and financials for management

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role, with a minimum of [X] years of experience in spa management
• Excellent leadership and management skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
• Knowledge of spa treatments and products
• Certification in spa management or related field is a plus
