Job Description

We are looking for an experienced

SP3D (SmartPlant 3D) Trainer

with a

B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

to deliver professional training programs for students, professionals, and corporate clients. The trainer should have hands-on expertise in

SP3D for piping, structural, and equipment modeling

used in industries like oil & gas, petrochemicals, power plants, and industrial plant design. The ideal candidate should be proficient in delivering hands-on training sessions that align with industry standards and real-world project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Delivery:

Conduct comprehensive training on

SmartPlant 3D (SP3D)

, covering

piping, equipment, structural modeling, and plant layout

. Provide hands-on sessions on

piping design, routing, isometric drawings, clash detection, and data management

. Train learners on industry

best practices, project execution, and SP3D customization techniques

.

Curriculum Development:

Develop and update course content, presentations, practical exercises, and real-world project assignments. Ensure training modules align with

latest SP3D software versions and industry requirements

.

Practical Guidance:

Guide learners in

creating 3D plant models, extracting orthographic and isometric drawings, and performing clash detection

. Provide

troubleshooting support and solutions for technical challenges

faced during training.

Assessment and Feedback:

Evaluate students through

practical assignments, tests, and live project work

. Offer constructive feedback to

enhance technical skills and project execution abilities

.

Industry Insights:

Share insights on the application of

SP3D in industries like oil & gas, petrochemicals, power plants, and manufacturing

. Train learners on

SP3D integration with other tools like Smart P&ID, SmartPlant Review, and SmartPlant Foundation

.

Qualifications and Skills:

Educational Background:

B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

(or a related field).

Technical Expertise:

Strong expertise in

SP3D for piping, equipment, and structural design

. Knowledge of

piping standards (ASME, ANSI, API), plant layout, and process equipment design

. Experience in

isometric drawings, orthographic views, and material take-offs (MTOs)

. Familiarity with

SmartPlant Foundation, SmartPlant Review, and other Intergraph tools

.

Training Experience:

Previous experience as a Trainer or Instructor in

SP3D or similar plant design software

.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Ability to

simplify complex concepts

and provide hands-on guidance.

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?80,000.00 per month
