We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Inside Sales Specialist to join our team at The Sleep Mattress Company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products, and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential customers.
• Promote and sell our mattress products.
• Achieve sales targets and goals.
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer queries.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in outbound sales or telemarketing.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong customer service orientation.
