Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate SOUTH INDIAN FOODIE to join our team at Ironhill India, the World\'s Largest Microbrewery. As a SOUTH INDIAN FOODIE, you will play a crucial role in creating authentic and delicious South Indian dishes for our customers. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Solid experience (4 to 6 years) in preparing South Indian cuisine in a professional kitchen
• Deep knowledge and understanding of South Indian flavors, ingredients, and cooking techniques
• Proficiency in continental, Chinese, tandoor, and other Indian cuisines is a plus
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Food safety and hygiene certification is preferred

• Prepare and cook a variety of South Indian dishes, including dosas, idlis, and vadas, with excellent taste and presentation
• Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with the company\'s recipes and quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following hygiene and safety regulations
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen
• Monitor food stock levels and place orders as needed
• Train and guide junior kitchen staff in preparing South Indian dishes
• Stay updated with industry trends and new South Indian recipes
