- Recipe Adherence: Follow established recipes and techniques to ensure consistency and quality of dishes.
- Ingredient Management: Source, select, and manage ingredients to maintain freshness and authenticity of the cuisine.
- Menu Development: Assist in developing and refining the South Indian menu, incorporating seasonal ingredients and new culinary trends.
- Kitchen Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen workspace. Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with kitchen staff, including other cooks, chefs, and kitchen assistants, to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure dishes are prepared to meet customer expectations and accommodate special dietary requirements when needed.
- Inventory Control: Monitor and manage inventory levels of kitchen supplies and ingredients, minimizing waste and ensuring cost efficiency.
