Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and passionate

South Indian Cook

to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will specialize in preparing authentic South Indian dishes, including a variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian recipes from Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, and Andhra Pradesh. You will be responsible for cooking meals with traditional techniques, ensuring taste and presentation meet high standards.

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare and cook a wide range of South Indian dishes such as: Idli, Dosa, Vada, Sambar, Rasam Kerala-style Curries, Appam, Puttu Biryani, Chettinad, Andhra meals Chutneys, Pickles, and Side Dishes Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards Manage ingredients and inventory efficiently Ensure consistency in taste and presentation Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely food service Innovate and suggest new menu items based on regional specialties
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
