Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a wide range of South Indian dishes such as:
Idli, Dosa, Vada, Sambar, Rasam
Kerala-style Curries, Appam, Puttu
Biryani, Chettinad, Andhra meals
Chutneys, Pickles, and Side Dishes
Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
Manage ingredients and inventory efficiently
Ensure consistency in taste and presentation
Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely food service
Innovate and suggest new menu items based on regional specialties
