Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and cook a variety of South Indian dishes, ensuring authenticity and quality.
2. Develop and update the menu with seasonal and creative dishes.
3. Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
4. Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
5. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
6. Monitor inventory and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
Qualifications: 1. Proven experience as a chef specializing in South Indian cuisine. 2. Strong knowledge of traditional cooking methods and ingredients. 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. 4. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
