Maintain consistency in the taste, presentation, and portioning of dishes.
Monitor food quality, taste, and texture to ensure customer satisfaction and make necessary adjustments
Teamwork:
Collaborate with other members of the kitchen brigade to ensure a smooth and coordinated service.
Communicate effectively with colleagues to maintain a harmonious working environment.
Sanitation and Safety:
Adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation standards, including food safety and cleanliness of the station.
Report any equipment issues or safety concerns to the sous chef or executive chef.
