We are seeking a skilled and passionate South Indian Chef to join our team and craft authentic South Indian dishes that resonate with local and international tastes. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of traditional South Indian cuisine to elevate our culinary standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Proven experience as a South Indian Chef in a reputed restaurant or hotel.
• Expertise in preparing a variety of South Indian dishes (Kerala and Tamil Nadu)
• Strong understanding of traditional cooking techniques and regional flavor profiles.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage kitchen operations efficiently.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
