Description:Responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International\'s Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting guest expectations. The Sous Chef monitors Kitchen operations & brand standard in the hotel.Qualifications:Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality/Tourism management. Minimum 1-3 years work experience as Sous Chef in larger operation. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
