• Assisting in Food Preparation, Menu Planning, and Development of New Recipes
• Monitor food inventory and order supplies
• Maintain kitchen policies and procedures
• Organize and prioritize kitchen tasks to ensure timely meal preparation and service
• Train and supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support as needed
• Address any issues or concerns regarding food quality promptly and effectively
• Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless coordination between kitchen and dining areas
• Handling blue collared, semi-skilled, skilled employees
• Plan & prepare Menu for special days and festivals
• Overlook entire Kitchen Staffing (leaves, duty roster, etc.)
