Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Sous Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will assist the Head Chef in overseeing the kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food production, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Duties:
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to plan and create new menus
- Supervise food preparation, cooking, and presentation
- Manage kitchen staff and delegate tasks effectively
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Assist in inventory control and ordering supplies
- Monitor food quality and consistency
- Support in training kitchen employees
