• Candidate should have knowledge of continental, Indian, Chinese, Tandoor and manage over all functions of the kitchen and daily operations.
• Analyze food cost and prepare weekly reports.
• Support and guide the team members and ensure smooth functioning of the department.
• knowledge of IDS software and F&B service pattern will be an added advantage.
