: Sous Chef

Role Summary:
The Sous Chef will play a key role in managing kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation, quality, and presentation. The ideal candidate will assist in menu planning, inventory management, and kitchen staff supervision while maintaining smooth kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Executive Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations.
• Supervise and support the kitchen team to ensure efficiency.
• Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet high standards.
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety in the kitchen.
• Assist in creating and implementing new menu items and seasonal offerings.
• Help with inventory control, procurement, and cost management.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Experience: 5-8 years, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role as a Chef de Partie or higher.
• Strong culinary skills and knowledge across multiple cuisines (South Indian, North Indian, Continental).
• Culinary degree or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
