Gold Coins Club & Resort is seeking a talented and experienced Sous Chef to assist in leading our kitchen team. As a key figure in the culinary department, the Sous Chef will support the Head Chef in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests by ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation. You will oversee daily kitchen operations, manage staff, and help develop new menu items, maintaining the resort's reputation for top-tier cuisine.
Key Responsibilities :
• Assist the Head Chef in planning and directing food preparation in the kitchen.
• Supervise kitchen staff, ensuring smooth and efficient kitchen operations.
• Prepare high-quality dishes and ensure they meet the resort's standards for taste and presentation.
• Collaborate in menu planning, including creating new dishes and improving existing ones.
• Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are strictly followed
