CGH Earth is hiring an experienced Sous Chef specializing in multi-cuisine for our stunning Singell property in Darjeeling . This is a fantastic opportunity for culinary professionals to showcase their skills while working with an eco-friendly hospitality brand .

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the kitchen operations effectively.
• Plan and prepare multi-cuisine dishes , ensuring taste, presentation, and quality standards.
• Supervise and train the kitchen team to maintain consistency and excellence .
• Manage inventory, control food costs, and minimize waste.
• Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and food quality standards .
• Innovate and introduce new menu items that align with guest preferences and seasonal availability.
• Collaborate with the F&B service team for seamless operations and guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a multi-cuisine environment .
• Expertise in Indian, Continental , and other popular cuisines.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with a focus on team development .
• Knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation practices .
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to guest needs.

Pay: ?42,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
