:About this opportunity:We are now looking for a Sourcing Manager- Transactional Sourcing as a team member within Global Sourcing Services APAC organization. In this role, one will plan, implement, and conclude requests for quotation with suppliers by supporting across Global Sourcing Teams. One will manage requirements from different categories, especially in indirect sourcing.What one will do!

• Liaise with the internal customers to understand their requirements and close them in the given time frame;
• Create, plan and implement RFQs with suppliers by following stakeholders\xe2\x80\x99 requests, conduct supplier negotiation to identify the best prices;
• Work closely with Legal and Contract Management functions to negotiate commercial contract terms with suppliers, and complete contract signing;
• End-end tail spend management including sourcing new suppliers from the market;
• Manage low-risk categories in relevant markets by aligning local strategies with global category managers;
• Ensure compliance to the sourcing process;
• Drive internal projects, develop and update the working procedures periodically.

One will bring!

• Bachelor\'s degree or above;
• At least 3 years of working experiences in sourcing or procurements;
• Strong communication skills, and ability to cooperation with others;
• Quick learning ability, good logical thinking;
• Change & improvement management skills;
• Accuracy and attention to detail;
• Indonesian language or Power BI skills will be a strong plus
