Project Presentation: Explain the unique features and advantages of our projects to CPs, highlighting why our properties are the best choice for their customers. Explaining Sales Ladder: Provide CPs with a clear understanding of our sales ladder. Value Proposition: Articulate the value proposition of our projects, showcasing the benefits and advantages that make them stand out in the market. Relationship Building: Foster long-lasting relationships with CPs through regular communication and support, addressing their queries and concerns promptly. Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments to provide CPs with accurate and relevant information. Achieve Sales Targets: Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets by converting CP leads into project bookings. Organizing sales plan and strategies for targets achievement. Qualifications: \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree. \xc2\xb7 Proven years of experience in real estate sales & sourcing. \xc2\xb7 Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. \xc2\xb7 Ability to establish and maintain strong business relationships. \xc2\xb7 Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently.
