Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Sourcing Manager to lead our team of talent acquisition professionals, including Senior Sourcers. In this pivotal role, you will manage the sourcing function, overseeing the development and execution of advanced sourcing strategies to meet our global talent needs. You will be responsible for guiding and mentoring your team, ensuring alignment with our overall recruitment strategy, and driving the success of our talent acquisition efforts across the Americas, EMEA, and/or APAC regions. How you\'ll make an impact * Leadership and Team Management - Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sourcers, ensuring they effectively support recruiters in the US and UK. - Set performance goals, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews. - Foster an environment of continuous learning and professional growth within the team.

  • Strategic Sourcing and Talent Pipeline Management - Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to build a robust and diverse talent pipeline. - Collaborate with the team to create and maintain active candidate pipelines for key roles. - Stay informed on market trends and leverage market intelligence to refine sourcing strategies.
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders - Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders to understand hiring needs and prioritize sourcing efforts. - Provide regular updates on sourcing progress and adjust strategies as needed to align with recruitment goals. - Manage relationships with external sourcing partners and negotiate contracts where applicable.
  • Process Optimization and Innovation - Continuously evaluate and improve sourcing processes, tools, and technologies. - Utilize data and analytics to track sourcing performance and make informed decisions. - Ensure effective use of sourcing tools, CRM, and ATS systems within the team.
  • Reporting and Analytics - Develop and deliver regular reports on sourcing activities and metrics to stakeholders. - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-source and candidate quality. - Manage the sourcing budget and allocate resources effectively.
  • Compliance and Best Practices - Ensure sourcing activities comply with local and international labor laws and company policies. - Implement industry best practices in sourcing and continuously seek improvements.
  • Crisis and Change Management - Adapt sourcing strategies in response to organizational changes, market shifts, or recruitment freezes. - Address and resolve challenges in the sourcing process promptly.
About you:
  • Bachelors degree in human resources, Business, or a related field (Masters degree preferred). - 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, sourcing, or recruitment, with at least 3-5 years in a management role.
  • Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing sourcing teams.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, techniques, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with data-driven decision-making and process optimization.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements in the US, UK, and globally.
  • Experience in global or multi-region talent acquisition.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
  • Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives in sourcing.
