We are having an urgent opening for the position of Sourcing Manager for a Mandate project in an Real Estate Company at Kandivali, Mumbai location.:Exp-3 + Years in Real Estate .Key Responsibilities:\xc2\xb7 Sourcing clients with home-buying requirements\xc2\xb7 Reaching out to the Real estate channel partners in the locality assigned to you to onboard them through calls or through physical meetings.\xc2\xb7 Increase our reach and awareness about the project among the channel partner community and onboard the interested CPs.\xc2\xb7 Responsible for conducting meetings with interested CPs to persuade them and motivate them to actively engage in lead generation activity.\xc2\xb7 Lookout for high-performing CPs and do all the efforts within their limits to drive the CPs for lead generation.\xc2\xb7 Coordination for site visits with prospective buyers and enables the deal closure.\xc2\xb7 Addressing any queries, and doubts of the CPs and prospective buyers to maintain a healthy and professional approach.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: \xe2\x82\xb9500,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb9600,000.00 per yearSchedule:
