A world of wonder awaits you.About the jobPrimary point of contact between the business/stakeholder and suppliers, supporting procurement and contracting activities including pre-qualification, tender and auction management. Implement the source to contract processes for all goods and services for the involved business partners and provide feedback to improve these processes. Implement the global sourcing initiatives and responsible to execute the defined source to contract process.Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Execute assignments following the Source to Contract Process for projects up to given threshold in close collaboration with the corporate and Global Category Manager (GCM).
• Support GCM in strategy creation for category
• Identify savings potentials supported by data analytics ensure the achievement of the service targets with respect to quality, cost and time.
• Ensure that all practices meet applicable legal requirements as well as relevant internal policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and expert functions in clarifying requirements.
• Execute source-to-contract elements of global category strategies for the defined business units on request from the respective GCM.
• Monitor supplier performance.
• Support supplier relationship management regarding qualification and development of the suppliers in order to ensure existence of an adequate supplier base in the procurement systems.
• Ensure adherence to standard briefing templates and specification templates.
• Adherence to procurement processes and systems and support continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the Corporate Responsibility function in order to ensure sustainability sourcing.
• Reduce maverick spend and identify possibilities to improve the ordering process.

About youWe are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

• University degree/Education
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a junior sourcing manager role or 2 years as sourcing manager on multiple categories
• Excellent business understanding and stakeholder management
• Strong sourcing experience and negotiations skills
• Advanced SAP/ARIBA Knowledge (understanding End to End process flow)
• S2C process knowledge
• Advanced MS Office knowledge
• Team orientation, and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
• Innovative and creative approach whenever possible and can-do attitude
