JD OF SOURCING EXECUTIVE
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract talent.
Understand the continual hiring needs of the Organization and create a substantial talent pool for available roles.
Recruitment - Create job postings through various job portals like naukri, linkldn. Involve in sourcing; assist in the entire phase of hiring i.e., till generating offer/appointment letters.
Associate with other recruiters or team member's review resumes, assesses applicant qualifications, conduct interviews.
Facilitate advertising activities through various channels such as recognized Govt & Pvt sites, job boards, social media platforms, career sites, etc.
Identify various manpower providers, centers, individuals or NGOs to pull out required candidates especially blue collared or ground staff (GDA, HHA)
Engage and build relationships with third party sourcing agents or manpower providers
Consistently monitor and evaluate the hiring process for quality, accuracy, and efficiency.
Stay updated of industry trends and best practices in hiring.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent
1 - 2 years' experience in sourcing or recruitment
